Yes! Simply go to the samples page (look for a link at the very bottom of the page), fill up the form and we will send it to you cost free. Samples are not customisable (if you want them with your designs on it you need to make an order). T-shirts, mugs, stamps and USB sticks are never included.

The "Samples assortment box" is a pack of finished items including at least one size and finishing of each of the following products: personalised pin buttons, personalised clip buttons, personalised buttons with magnet for clothing, personalised magnets, personalised flexible magnets, personalised domed magnets, personalised stickers, personalised mirrors, personalised bottle-openers, personalised key rings, personalised dome labels, personalised lapel pins...

Neither the boxes nor the items have our logo on them. It is a great way to demonstrate the power of personalised products to your customers. Sample items can not be customised and you are not able to choose them.

Printing is done directly on the metal. As a result white areas of your design will look metallic, while clearer colours will become dull. We recommend this finish for black and white designs.

Buttons with safety pin have a metal safety pin for piercing clothes, buttons with clip can conveniently be attached to pockets or lapels and buttons with magnets for clothes come with a very strong magnet that you can put on the inside of your clothes, so the back of the button (flat and metallic) stays attached on the outside.

Buttons with magnet for clothes have a very powerful magnet to put on the inside of your clothes, so the back of the button (flat and metallic) stays attached. Alternatively they can simply be used as regular magnets. Metallic magnets are not for clothes, but instead are designed to be placed on metallic objects.

Metallic magnets are like buttons, made with a non-flexible magnet, but its back side is a magnet instead of another fastening system. Flexible magnets are made out of a thin and adaptable magnetic sheet. Domed magnets are flexible magnets with an extra epoxy layer for premium finishing; they are thicker, more resistant and have more substance.

Vinyl stickers are plastic stickers (PVC) with high quality and durability. They can be laminated for super-durability. Those stickers can be washed without causing scratches or ink fade. Paper stickers do not resist rain or sunlight for a long time, but they are much more affordable!

Yes. Just go to the item you wish to personalise, chose the features (may affect the price) and the quantity to see the price per unit (the bigger your order, the lower the price per unit will be), subtotal, and total with taxes included.

Yes. It's simple, just follow these steps:

  • Choose an item, select the specs and write their quantity. Click on “Add to cart and customise”. Repeat the process with every item you wish to include.
  • Once you are done, click on “buy” (top right side of the screen)
  • On the cart, click on “see budget”. Done! Your budget will be downloaded as a PDF.

Yes. 21% I.V.A. is applied (Spanish VAT) to any order for individuals within the EU. Companies within the EU who have signed up for the VIES agreement are exempt, as are any customers in Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. Our system calculates everything automatically when you add your information.

Use our online creation tool! It's simple, intuitive and fun. You can change the background colour, add and format text, upload your own images (.png and .jpg only), use our pre-designed icons and do basic changes in size, colour or scale, all with a few simple clicks. If you used use other software, you should convert it into .png or .jpg to be able to upload it to the tool.

Once you add your chosen item to the cart you can click on “create your design” to open our online creation tool and start to personalise your items. You can also go back to shopping and use the tool after you are done with your full order. Whenever you wish, click on the shopping cart icon (top right area on the screen) and you will be redirected to the design area. Here you can add as many designs as you want and the quantity you're looking for. You can edit, delete or duplicate your designs to your heart's content.

Of course you can. For professional customers, or more skilled individuals, we recommend downloading our templates (available as .psd, .eps and .pdf) to take more control over your designs. Follow the instructions to prepare your design and then upload it to the online creation tool.

Yes. For each order of items with the same features you can include as many designs as you wish. The price per unit will be calculated depending on the total, No extra charges! (Only for online orders).

Click on “Buy” (upper right area on the screen) at any time and you will be redirected to the designs area of the cart. Once you are there, you can see a summary of your order. For each product you can create a new design (as many as you want!), adjust quantity for each design, edit, delete or even duplicate designs to make small iterations on the same idea. Once everything is done, just click on “Finish order.”

Enter into your user area and check the stage of your order. If it is already in “production” you can not make any changes. If you find yourself in this situation, please send us an e-mail. If manufacture hasn’t actually begun we may be able to unlock the option so you can upload a new design or edit the one you already have.

Ideally, the images you upload should be 300ppi resolution and at least the size of the product. With our system you can make them a bit bigger, but the tool will warn you that you are likely to lose image quality (your design may be pixelated).

Our online creation tool only lets you upload .jpg or .png designs. If your designs are in any other format, you should convert them into one of those. As an alternative, you can upload your finished designs. If you do so, make sure they are adapted to our templates.

Don’t worry! If you send your designs as RGB we must convert it into CMYK (printing mode) so brighter colours can be modified. Your CMYK files may look slightly different than in your graphic design program. This is only a preview problem that occurs because web browsers reproduce colors using RGB. It will not affect the final result. We do not print PANTONE colours.

As this is such a special product it is not possible to use our online creation tool to create your #nombre-corto#. The best option is to upload a vector file .eps or .ai with two layers: one with printing area and another with cutting lines. The stickers are delivered in their final size with kiss-cut paths.

You can also upload a .png file with no background. If you do it this way, we will create cutting lines at no cost to you, leaving a white space surrounding each design.

Finally, we can create the cutting lines from a .jpg file at 300ppi with final product size. In this case, we will send you the budget based on the specific job. If you want to assess the cost before making the order, send us an e-mail with the file attached or make your order selecting bank transfer.

It is very easy to have your own personalized items with Qustommize.

Click on MENU and choose one category. Navigate through subcategories (if there are any) and click on the item you want.

On the left side you will see the photos and the information about the product. On the right side are the configuration options for your product (size, finish...) and a box for the quantity. Once that’s done, the price will adjust automatically, showing the price per unit, subtotal and total with taxes.

By clicking on “Add to the cart and customise” you will be able to add the items to the cart, and to begin the customisation process (click on “create your design” to begin). If you're not quite done, you can keep shopping and go through the design process at your own pace.

Creating a user account is as easy as A-B-C. You can do it before buying or in the middle of the purchasing process.

Once you have your account set up you can manage your delivery addresses, personal information, and billing information. In order history you can review the orders made through your account, repeat them (completely or partially) or download past invoices.

On the product page, we will show you an estimated date of delivery (with standard and express delivery if available), weekends and holidays are not counted. This estimate works for Paypal and card payments. If you choose “wire transfer” your order will be postponed until the receipt of proof of payment. Keep in mind that we are not responsible if the delivery fails for such reasons as: not being able to find you, delivery company mistakes, or force majeure.


Once your order is produced and shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us informing you that your order has been dispatched. If it is sent via courier company you will receive one more e-mail from them with information about delivery.

If the delivery is done via a courier company, you can see the tracking number and courier company on your user account/orders page. If it is sent with the ordinary postal service there will be no tracking number listed. You can expect delivery within estimated time in these cases.

No. At the moment we only send orders to the listed countries, all of which are within the E.U.

Price of shipping is indicated on the product page, but the exact amount won't be calculated until you log in. You can check the fees for all destinations on our shipping information page. Shipments are free for orders over €60 to almost all E.U. destinations.

As long as the order has not been dispatched, you can change your delivery address. Contact us by e-mail indicating your order number and the correct address. If the order has already left our facility there is nothing we can do.

If it was sent via courier, they will try to deliver it again up to two more times. If they still can not deliver the parcel, it will be deposited in a “Parcel depot." A notice should be left at your address notifying you of this. If you do not pick it up after a certain period, it will be sent back to Qustommize and you will have to pay for a second delivery if you want us to dispatch it again.

At this time, none of our products have a minimum number of units. You can order any quantity starting from just one unit!

Unfortunately, this form of payment is not available at the moment.

You can pay by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer. None of them have any extra charge. For express orders we recommend credit card or Paypal, because manufacturing starts immediately. If you choose bank transfer, we will give you our bank information. Once payment is made, send proof of payment to our e-mail along with your order number. Your order will go into manufacture as soon as we receive that notification and attachment. Days between placing an order and payment are not counted for delivery time.
