Production times

Production times are very important for personalised items, because they are made specially for you. Please, take them seriously!

On the product page, we will show you an estimated date of delivery (with standard and express delivery if available), weekends and holidays are not counted. This estimate works for Paypal and card payments. If you choose “wire transfer” your order will be postponed until the receipt of proof of payment. Keep in mind that we are not responsible if the delivery fails for such reasons as: not being able to find you, delivery company mistakes or force majeure.

We always try to expedite delivery times but can not guarantee anything faster than the estimated times. If you require a very fast order, you can speed it up with express production mode, if available. (Express Production has a 25% charge over the base, with a minimum 10% + VAT.)
